Get a Taste of Creative West 2025

A Hyde Street Youth Band Quintet loved being a part of the Get a Taste of Creative West at Footscray Library yesterday!

Creative West is a proposed new cultural precinct in the middle of Footscray, bringing together contemporary library, performing arts spaces, and a revitalised town park. How exciting to be a part of Footscray’s revitalisation as a place to gather, learn, create and celebrate what makes City of Maribyrnong so great! We also enjoyed performances, workshops, and conversations about the future of our city centre. You can also hear some of our members making their contributions too. And thanks to Junior Band MD Fern Gass for putting together the charts and organising the players!
