Australian National Band Championships 2024 – Open D Grade National Champions

National Champions again! Hyde Street Youth Band is so proud of our young band members for their dedication to their music and exceptional playing in the Open D Grade Section at the Australian National Band Championships to become the National Champions for the second year in a row! There’s no ‘I’ in ‘band’, just each member’s commitment to each other. Our values of ‘Community, Mastery and Joy’ were on full display to share with our banding community.

None of this would be possible without the dedication, humour and energy of our Musical Director Phillipa Edwards. Your commitment to youth music is second to none!
